Ageless Teenagers are recreating their popular weekly classes to give seniors a taste of fun and non-traditional activities designed to get everyone moving:
11:30 AM: Adaptive/Indoor Rowing
12:15 PM: Reggae Salsa & Line Dancing
1:00 PM: Chair-Based Exercise
These activities are not your usual fitness routine! Led by the UK’s 1st Gladiator Champion, you’ll have the opportunity to explore different ways to stay active while having a great time.

Ageless Teenagers will be competing in the National British Indoor Rowing Championships on Saturday, 7th December, with support from the Elizabeth Line. By attending, you’ll help us raise awareness and support for this incredible journey.
