VR Terms and Conditions:
The advised age limit for using these VR headsets is 8-12 years of age.
All children under the age of 16 are required to be supervised by a parent or guardian 18+ at all times.
By registering for this event you are agreeing to the liability waiver.
All users must listen to staff on how to use the equipment properly and how to request staff assistance within the experience before it commences.
Regrettably as with all technology, there is a high chance that the equipment may malfunction. Our staff endeavour to rectify these issues as fast as possible.
Players must notify the staff if they have any illnesses which could be passed onto others.
Staff will assist users in putting on the headset at the start of the session. Users can fit or remove their own VR headset unaided as long as they take care with the equipment.
Any damage caused to equipment during a session by players must be paid for in full.
We may occasionally photograph or record players using the equipment during the sessions. By making a booking you give us the right to use these photographs and footage in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded when in the VR experience, please make a member of staff aware when arriving at the event.
The Liberty reserves to refuse to serve a visitor if we suspect that they will be unable to safely use the equipment without causing injury to themselves, others or damage to our property.
The experience starts once the staff demonstration has been completed and the user is ready to start, or at the booked start time. It is not possible to pause the player session time due to other bookings that may be arriving after each session.
If arriving late, your session time will have already started. This means you may have reduced play time from your session as it would otherwise impact on other sessions after your booking if it were to be extended.
You should arrive 10 mins before your booked session time to insure you are booked in and have agreed to the waiver. No compensation will be given to those who miss their allocated time, however we will do our best to fit you in to a later slot if possible.
Booked sessions are not interchangeable.
We take no responsibility for personal possessions brought into the event space.
